Learn Reiki 2.0 - Level 1

Reiki 2.0 incorporates the traditional Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing, developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, with spiritual practices like protection, grounding, cleansing, and chakra work.
Reiki is based on the concept that a universal "life force energy" flows through all living beings. When this energy is low, we may experience stress or illness, but when it’s abundant, we feel vibrant and healthy.
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese terms: Rei, meaning "God’s wisdom" or "Higher Power," and Ki, meaning "life force energy." Together, Reiki means "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki 2.0 combines the core principles of traditional Reiki with an expanded focus on spiritual awareness and personal evolution. It recognizes that, as human beings, we are undergoing a spiritual awakening and evolution, with energies shifting rapidly in today's world.
