Spiritual Development Workshop 1

THE FOUNDATION

Understanding ~ Awareness ~ Connection

Every spiritual journey begins with a strong foundation.

Your journey of spiritual discovery, connection and remembering who you truly are begins here.

Have you ever felt there is more to who you are than just your physical self? Perhaps you've experienced intuitive feelings, signs or synchronicities, or simply feel drawn to explore spirituality but don't know where to begin.

The Foundation is a two-day immersive workshop designed to give you a strong foundation of knowledge, understanding and practical experience as you begin exploring your own unique spiritual journey.

Throughout our two days together, I will guide you in understanding spirituality, energy, intuition and the different ways Spirit may communicate and connect with you. You'll begin Recognising your own unique spiritual language and the connection that is already within you.

What You'll Explore

·         Spirituality, the soul and spiritual awakening

·         Energy, vibration and frequency

·         Understanding your aura and chakras

·         Intuition and your natural Clair senses

·         Recognising intuition versus imagination

·         Signs, synchronicities and spiritual communication

·         Spirit guides and spiritual connections

·         Meditation, grounding and energy awareness

·         Opening, closing and protecting your energy

·         Practical exercises to explore your natural intuitive abilities

What Makes This Workshop Special?

This isn't just about learning spiritual concepts. It's about beginning to understand how they relate to you and your own unique journey.

Through guided meditations, practical exercises, shared experiences and discussion, you'll have the opportunity to explore your spiritual awareness in a welcoming, relaxed and supportive environment.

No previous experience or special abilities are needed. Just an open mind and curiosity to explore what is already within you.

Your Journey Doesn't End Here

The Foundation provides the understanding and awareness to continue into The Expansion, the next workshop in my Spiritual Development series, where you'll have the opportunity to further develop your intuition, spiritual connection and practical abilities.

You are not learning how to become spiritual. You are learning to recognise, understand and trust the connection that is already within you.
