Q: What can I expect during a Soul Evolution reading & How do I prepare?
A: You can expect a Safe & Supportive environment where I channel guidance from your higher self, spirit guides & loved ones in spirit. Together we can explore your questions & gain insight into your past, present & future. While preparation isn’t necessary, it can be helpful to reflect on any specific questions or areas of your life you would like to explore. Come with an open mind & heart to receive the best guidance

Q: Do you use tarot/ oracle cards or any other divination tools during your readings?
A: Sometimes I will use divination tools if like Oracle cards or Crystals to clarify and confirm information or to expand on the reading.

Q: What can I expect during a Reiki healing & How do I need to prepare?
A: You can expect a Safe, Supportive & Relaxing environment. You will be fully clothed & comfortable on the treatment table when healing is conducted. It is best to wear comfy clothes and be hydrated for the session. It will also benefit you to have time in your day after the treatment to relax and let the healing flow.

Q: How long is a typical session?
A: Soul Evolution readings are usually 1 hour & Reiki is up to 1 hour. Workshops are specified. ***Please arrive at least 5 minutes before appointment***

Q: Can I book a combination session?
A: Yes…I offer combination sessions that include 1 Hour Reading & 1 Hour Reiki healing. This allows for a more comprehensive experience of guidance & healing. ***Just message me before booking on website***

Q: How do I book a Session?
A: You can book directly through my websites services page. Choose the service you desire, select a date & time provided & follow the prompts to secure your appointment. ***If you are requiring another date or time that isn’t specified on the website …please send me a message***

Q: Do you do online Readings?
A: I can do online readings via Zoom. It is free and I can send you a meeting link to your email address..

Q: I am overseas …can you do online reading?
A: Absolutely! Online readings are available for clients Worldwide via Zoom. I can send you a meeting link via your email address.

Q: Do you record my reading?
A: I am Happy for clients to record their reading. If have a smartphone you can use voice recorder/ voice memo. On Zoom you can record or I can record & send the link.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me 24Hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 25% off total appointment amount. I reserve that time exclusively for you & without proper notice cannot book another client in.

Q: Are your sessions confidential?
A: Absolutely! All sessions are held with strict confidentiality, ensuring a safe space for you to share & explore your thoughts & feelings.

Q: I want to book a time for this week, but your online booking calendar isn’t showing any dates?
A: All available appointments are listed in the online calendar. If you don’t see any openings for the current week, please check future weeks, as i may be booked in advance. alternatively feel free to send me a message or text.
